More from Mada
Hey All,
Things continue to progress in Belitsiky. The report from the other week said, "We did the story on the lame man being lowered through the roof by his friends and Jesus forgiving him and healing him. Always such good discussion after." Praise God.
This week Kara write, "It's been lovely cool weather this week with a few bits of rain - first in ages! The kids celebrated the first downpour in the village last Saturday with a rain dance and running around like crazy with or without umbrellas. Happily, I don't think anyone lost an eye, and happier still, the rain stopped in time for cinema night to go ahead."
"Also, pray for Esther (below) as their team leader. When she was down to meet them the end of September she was very tired and under a lot of stress, please pray the Lord will minister to her in a special way and meet her need for strength, wisdom, and endurance."
With all that God is doing to grow His kingdom throughout Mada as I've heard about in Nosty Mitsio, Belistiky, in the South, and now the with the possibilities through the new team in Diago, it's no wonder Satan is stirring things up.
Pray specifically for the AIM missionaries as they travel to Diago for conference starting Oct. 22nd. Pray for Mada in general as God continues to grow His kingdom and defeats Satan.

My friend Georgina in Tana (the capital city) writes,
"The Diego [the northern tip of Mada] Team (three families to work with Esther) arrived the end of September, and had a good orientation last week. Please pray for the Bakers, the Johnsons, and the Martins as they settle into their homes, and their communities and as they seek to be a light for the Lord’s glory."
Georgina also write,
"There are reports of increased unrest for the country as well as in increase in unpleasant activity during travel. The Lord is our Protection, but please pray that we will be wise in our travel and day to day living habits as well."With all that God is doing to grow His kingdom throughout Mada as I've heard about in Nosty Mitsio, Belistiky, in the South, and now the with the possibilities through the new team in Diago, it's no wonder Satan is stirring things up.
