The Equator
Right around this trip, I stopped putting up blogs of my trips, partly because it didn't seem important, and partly because I now just share a few snapshots on Instragram. My uncle was kind enough to ask for more pictures since he's not on Instra.
First Term Midterm this year (2018-2019) I headed to the equator to visit it for the first time. On the trip we also stopped at the Kenyan Thomson Falls, hiking down to the bottom after standing on a rock over the edge at the top. It was fun to jump around on the rocks and feel the water stray on our faces off the falls.

I loved visiting the equator and remembering that if we can be in "two places at once" it makes sense that our great God can be everywhere. It was interesting to see the water spin in person showing exactly where the equator lies.
Fun on the way home after a fun trip.
