Blessed are all the people who come to know the joyful sound.
In Thy name they will all rejoice, they will make the joyful sound.
They shall be exalted in Thy righteousness, feeling thanks that only hymns of praise express.
Happy are all the people who see their broken hopes restored.
In the light of His countenance they shall walk beside their Lord.
In Thy love all glory and honor is found.
Blest are we who know the joyful sound.

Thine alone is justice, majesty and worth. 
Heaven sings Thy praises, why not we on earth?
In Thy love forgiveness and mercy a bounds.

Blest are we who know the joy that worldliness can not destroy.
Our Lord is near to hear our joyful sound.
