Mary's Little Boy Chile - Under the Sea

My favorite Disney movie as a little girl was the "Little Mermaid."  Imagine the crab Sebastian singing our story...

"Long time ago in Bethlehem, so the Holy Bible say, Mary boy chile, Jesus Christ, He born on Christmas day.

The Fish sing, 'La, la, la...' the Plaice sing 'Tum, Tum, Tum.'

Everyone join in, 'Mary boy child, Jesus Christ, He born on Christmas Day.'

The virgin Mary had a baby boy, the virgin Mary had a baby boy, the virgin Mary had a baby boy, and they say that His name was Jesus.

He came from the glory, He came from the glorious kingdom.  He came from the glory, He came from the glorious kingdom.

Oh, yes, believer, He comes from the glory, He comes from the glorious kingdom.

Hark, now hear the angel sing, new king born today, and man can live forevermore, because of Christmas day.

Now that's a party!  Imagine if the Shepard were Jamaican, they would have a conga line as they left the manger and everyone would join in singing "Mary boy chile, Jesus Christ, He born on Christmas day."  Now it's our turn.  There is an excitement in being in God's family that we forget sometimes. But, we've been brought into life; it's a party; one that we should sing out and invite others to join.
