April Update - Micah 6:8
DO, LOVE, WALK!
I will never forget the moment when God told me to “Go.” Over the years the place has changed, but recently, He reminded me of the above verse from Micah. As I have seek to obey I hit 9 total, months of serving in Madagascar. I keep hearing that 9 months is the last of the three major, culture shock plagues, and it has been a hard one.As part of an AIM focus team my leaders and I finished the cultural studies unit at the end of March, and headed into the Spiritual warfare unit at the beginning of April. I have never before experienced so many types of prayers. My leaders are from Australia and pray in the Spirit with visions, and my Malagasy family believes in casting out demons in the Name of Jesus. After 5 days of praying morning and night with both groups of people, my body was worn out and I realized it was time for a respite. God has given me a break at the AIM guest house in Nairobi, Kenya. I am being well taken care of by AIM until arrangements can be made for me to return to Mada in a month.
I don’t know what the future holds, but as this song says, “I know who holds the future,” and that is good enough for me. I will continue to “Go” wherever God has me as I “do, love, and walk.”
Thank you for all your prayers and support,
Bethany Corin Morris
