Ethiopian

I was invited to an Ethiopian Restaurant by the AIM Kenya Missionaries.  Before the meal a bowl is brought and water is poured over our hands to wash them.  Then food is served family style on a big round plate.  Rather than using silver wear we rip off pieces of a tortilla like bread and then pinch beans, lentils or meat.  Coffee is served with incense after the meal along with popcorn.
