Traveling to Tana

So, after a few flights to Tana, Madagascar, my team and I traveled 20 hours by bus to the fishing village of Toliara.  Just recently those on field did this trip in reverse as they headed up for some training in Kenya.

 I think it looks super comfy, don't you?

 As stops the merchants are ready for the tourists with bread and the like.  Yumm.

Now we are all together and headed to Toliara after a long wait (4 hrs.) in the taxi brus station, in order to get good seats.

 Most of the trip was dark since sun goes down at 6 this time of year, 

but i managed to get a few good pics.

Other than the fact that our bus was quite top heavy and we hit some winding roads and large pot wholes, our dinner stop was very good (beef and chicken) and it wasn't too cold.
