Grilled Pizzas

Every summer we try to do grilled pizzas.  

The goal is to have each bite taste different, and man are they good. 

They were a "must do" before I leave.

The story...Several years back a man named Doug Priebe and his wife came to our church and he ended up working for my dad.  He previously had an amazing restaurant in New York grilling pizzas with people lined up around the block. When 9/11 hit he couldn't sustain the resturant and had to close.  After writing this book he went to work for a family as their personal chief.  We got a signed copy of his book and love his amazing pizzas.
