Ecclesia Go Share

1.      How/why did you get to Madagascar?
The short answer is, God laid a passion on my heart for the unreached, which lead to African Inland Mission, which in turn led to a their mission in Madagascar.  This mid term trip was a great step towards life overseas.

Antananarivo is the Capitol of Madagascar.  It was there that I served during the month of July.
It was an honor to work with the gals in this picture.  They are amazing women of God from the church I attended.  Together we were able to do neighborhood Bible clubs and grew a great friendship.  It was amazing to proclaim the gospel to the wonderful village children of Madagascar
The gentlemen in the picture jumped in because I was white and he, like many others was excited that I was from America.  I was excited to learn that he was a tourist from Mali where a good friend grew up as an MK.
This group was my advanced English class from Alpha school.  It was a privilege to teach under Mr. Hery the man standing on the far left.  He has a great heart for growing the kingdom of God through Christian education.  It was a privilege to take several field trips with this group as they practiced English.
Another one of our field trips was to the zoo where we saw the Tulear exhibit which is the place I am planning to serve in the near future.  What do you notice about this picture?  Tulear is a place of darkness, as explained by the Missionaries there.  Many of the people are desperate for food, and for help, which is a great place to be in.

One of my favorite verses is Luke 10:2 which says, The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few, ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore to send His workers into the harvest field.  Every day at 10:02 my alarm goes off and I pray this prayer.  I ask that you would pray it with me and for me as I desire to GO into the harvest field.
