Happy Mother's Day to My Mom.

Cheryl Morris is my amazing mom.  She is very special and I have learned so much from her.  I have been blessed to have such a wise and supportive mom.  And she is beautiful too.  

As a high school leader I often pass along the wisdom I gained from my mom to the students.  I will never forget when she told me that discipline is like taking care of  a child.  She may not have always felt like doing something for us, but she did it because she was our mom and we needed her.  We may not always feel like doing something, that's when discipline takes over.  Thanks for being a disciplined mother and for your unfailing love and commitment to us.
