While home with a migraine over the weekend I found "Flea Market Flip."   The point is to find items at a flea market, then make them over and resell them.  It's my favorite kind of DIY.  One of their best fixes includes spray paint.  It maked me want to spray paint something.  For now I am going to share the frames my sister spray painted for her wedding.  I am reusing them by adding scrap book paper and hanging them in my bathroom.  From what I hear adding scarp book paper is something they do online for decorating.  I haven't seen it yet, but I guess it will be online now.

Step 1:  Take out the back and glass from the frame.

Step 2:  Spray the frames in the garage or outside on newspaper.

Step 3:  Add scarp paper and mix and match.
