Nautical

I have been playing with the knotted fabric for a while.  I finally came across a few shoes laces that I thought would work.  I am looking forward to wearing it this summer.  

  

Step 1:  I began following the knotting I had seen online and ended up with something completely different, so I can't even tell you how I did it.  

Step 2:  I can tell you I sewed across the ends and then covered them with an extra piece of fabric.  I like the  back just as much as the front and may even make a bracelet with a fabric covering on purpose.  If I do I'll make sure to pass it along.  

Pair it with a jean inspired button down that I got while thrifting this weekend and I'm ready for any season.  

I have to tell you I'm loving the hair bun.  It's really in right now and it can cover any bad hair day.
