She's Scrappy
I have been looking for something fun to do with my scrap material and I finally found it in my friend's jewelry box. Twist a long strip of fabric and it will twist back on myself. Add a few beads and you have a new necklace.
Step 1: Start with a necklace you want to change.
Step 2: Find your beading thread of choice, make sure it's thick enough to hold your beads.
Step 3: Cut your fabric. A 2" x 36" section should work. You can either do two side or you can do one long strip to pull over year head. I went for the second.
Step 4: Twist the fabric tight and then bring the ends together to make one long twisted section. I show two because I'm making more than one necklace.
Step 5: Add the beads however you want and you're done.
