Hit the Mat

I have been wanting to do a flat clutch.  I keep seeing them and just needed the right material.  Good thing I need another clutch.  LOL.

Materials:  I used a place mat.  3 for $.66 is pretty good to me.

Step 1-2:  Fold the place mat into the shape you want.  Then add a button closure.  

Step 3:  Cut a whole for the button to push through.  I used a knife first and then cut across with scissors. 

Step 4:  Hot glue the sides together so everything doesn't fall out.  Sorry no picture.  

All done:

   Can't wait to wear it with something.  I'll keep you posted.
